When he came to Southern California in 1974 to pursue his American Dream, he boldly ventured into uncharted territory, launching his first business Drive –In Dairy in 1975 in the city of Whitter CA, moving on to purchasing his first Motel in the City of Long Beach CA in 1976. From 1976 to 2021 he purchased and build premium branded select-service more than 20 Hotels including Dana Point Hilton now Double Tree Hotel. Comfort Suites Huntington Beach CA.
Starting from the Country Inn & Suites By Radisson OH , he has consistently grown his roster of highly productive hotels with over $20 million in annual gross revenues with the asset valuation of over $100 millions.
He also proudly owned 100 Condominiums in Southern California valuation of over $50 millions.
Chaldulal considers his affiliation with the Hospitality Industry and various distinguished companies such as Hilton Hotels, Radisson, Best Western International, Choice Hotels, Wyndham Worldwide, etc. as a matter of great privilege.

Sachin Amin was born in India and came to Southern California in 1985 to pursue his American Dream. His first job was Managing a Days Inn Suites next to Disneyland.
As a Resident Manager, he had an opportunity to immerse in all areas of hotel operations. Through extensive upgrading of the guest experience and instituting highly effective systems, he increased the revenue by 35% His biggest achievement is to introduce a Disney Shuttle Trolley for entire Area was his brain child.
Sachin strongly believes that the secret to succeeding in the industry is through compassion, having a servant’s heart, and through giving back to the hospitality community. He does that by serving on the boards of various associations such as an Ambassador of AAHOA. Sachin has the missionary zeal to create value for guests, associates, and investors through owning and operating premium-branded hotels nationwide, and as Sachin likes to put it, “Let’s do it the Global Hospitality Way.”
Sagar Patel is a second-generation hotelier with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He started his career following his Father’s footstep in the hotel industry at the age of 18. After graduating from California State University Fullerton California, Major in Bachelor of Arts Business Administration. Sagar’s keen interest in traveling to new places and passion for pursuing an interconnected world brought him back to the world of hospitality after college.
From the beginning Sagar’s immersed himself in all operational aspects of the brands operated by Global Hospitality and provided strategic training and support General Managers at hotels within our portfolio. His passion As a Chief Executive Officer to develop a Boutique Hotel in Southern California and he is building a Hotel in the City of Dana Point CA. Sagar pursues innovation and creates tools to improve business processes.
